In the modern world, everyone is busy making necessary arrangements to lead a good life, in this race most people experience stress and anxiety from time to time. Stress is any demand placed on your brain or physical body. People can report feeling stressed when multiple competing demands are placed on them. The feeling of being stressed can be triggered by an event that makes you feel stressed or nervous. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, or unease. It can be a reaction to stress, or it can occur in people who are unable to identify significant stressors in their life.
Stress and anxiety are not always bad. These can help you overcome a challenge or dangerous situation. Examples of everyday stress and anxiety include worrying about finding a job or being embarrassed in certain social situations. Stress and anxiety can produce physical symptoms like headache, rapid breathing, fast heartbeat, sweating, frequent urination, stomachache, muscle tension, diarrhea, shaking, dizziness, fatigue, change in appetite, and trouble sleeping. Stress and anxiety can produce mental symptoms such as irrational anger, restlessness, feeling of impending doom, panic, or nervousness especially in social settings. You can avoid stress as given below.
Believe in Nature/God and accept natural happenings. Take it as a way of life.
Keep anger, greed, arrogance, and jealousy close to zero levels.
Follow a schedule for a day, month, year, 5 years and for life.
Be a well-wisher of all, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and gender.
Always be ready to help others and never expect help from others.
Be regular in your diet, work, exercise, prayers, rest, relaxation, and sleep.
Always use good and impressive language. Never abuse and hurt others verbally.
Listen to everybody calmly but do that which you feel is correct.
Take care of your responsibilities religiously and don't claim them for right only.
Always be positive/optimistic.
Don't fear anyone; not even death.
Behave with other people in a way which you expect from them.
Worry only when something unnatural happens to you.
Neither you insult anyone nor you be insulted by others.
Praise the good qualities of your friends and relatives.
Try to learn from everyone - even a beggar has some good qualities.
Don't try to be perfect, nobody is perfect. Imagine the worst of what can happen.
Newton's 3rd law is an equal and opposite reaction; do good and have good.
Behave well, even in the face of disagreement.
Learn discussion techniques to express your views, one at a time while also giving others the opportunity to do so.
Maintain good health with regular exercise and a balanced diet; health is your real companion.
Manage enough funds for good living and rainy days.
